QRC from within encounter - n2n file

Hello,

   I am searching for a way to generate the n2nccap file from with encounter.  When I run QRC outside, the file is generated along with the spef file.  When I run extractRC in signoff mode(which invokes QRC), I am not sure if this file is generated.  It isn't there when extractRC is complete.  Any ideas?
