More info on error/warning messages

Hi I'm to EDI. Where can I get more details on error or warning messages to fix them? Specifically, I got the errors:

**ERROR: (ENCSPR-3): Special Route file version (0.-134531535) is not compatible with loadSpecialRoute command (4.2)!

**ERROR: (ENCDF-1026): Invalid data in db: there is a via at ( 7630 3549 ) but no viaId is set. The via is dropped and the routing on net 'n1' is incomplete.

I know it is one year ago, but maybe someone else has the same problem.

In my case, the default rule or generate via rulewas missing in the LEF file. zoom to the Net end see which vias is missing.
