Hello. how to integrate custom design with semi custom design.

Hello,

I want to integrate full custom design - register file layout (memory structures) with the semi-custom designed microprocessor.Can anyone tell me how I do this?

plz help me on the design flow - I know there should be a way by which I can integrate them properly. What materials can I refer to..?

I need to submit my project in ten days. suggestions or tips on doing this with necessary optimizations are welcome.. plz help!! :)
