how can i save power models i have created using build_rtl_power_models ?

Running build_rtl_power_models for creating power models in synthesis stage for the design takes a huge amount of time. 

So practically, I don't see any advantage in running this command, since, the time it consumes to run can be used for running more precise power estimation algorithms. 

Some where I read, when you created the model, you can save it and then re-load it for later use. 

is that correct? how should I do this?
