Why Assura extract 2 more pins for each standard cell?

Hi Guys,

I got a problem when I did blackbox LVS. The reported issue is "pin mismatch" for each standard cell. For example, cell CLKINVX12 has 4 pins in schematic (A Y VDD VSS), but in layout netlist Assura extracts 6 pins (A Y VDD VSS avC5 avS10). In the standard cell layout, I only can see 4 labels (A Y VDD VSS). Is there any idea about this?

The procedure I am using is like this:

1, Done PnR in Encounter

2, Dump GDS data from Encounter with map file where I output pin name for each standard cell: "NAME  METAL1/LEFPIN   131   0", also I use the option: "Write abstract information for LEF Macros" in GDS Export form

3, StreamIn GDS data into Virtuoso with default setting. In the layout, only metal1 and pin's lable (metal1/pn) are in standard cells. (The vendor doesn't provide us standard cell's gds data.)

4, Run Assura LVS. I use blackbox rather than blackboxcell, because I can't find "pinlayer" definition in the extract rule.

Do I miss anything in the flow? Thanks a lot.
