ELC config file

Hello,

 I am using Encounter Library Characterizer and the elccfg file I use starts with these lines, which I've exactly copied from the provided user guide by Cadence,

EC_SIM_USE_LSF=1;

EC_SIM_LSF_CMD="";

EC_SIM_LSF_PARALLEL=10;

EC_SIM_NAME="spectre";

EC_SIM_TYPE="spectre";

EC_SIM_LOG="elc_log_dir";

EC_SIM_WORK="elc_work_dir";

EC_CHAR="ECSM-TIMING ECSM-POWER";

EC_SPICE_SIMPLIFY=1;

EC_HALF_WIDTH_HOLD_FLAG=1;

However, when I run the elc, I get the error " ERROR(elc): Error in elccfg, line #1". I cannot figure out where the problem is. I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this error.
