What does it mean "Honor LEF defined pitches for advanced node" in First encounter

FE version: soc/10.13-s209

I get the above mesage [Honor LEF defined pitches for advanced node] , when I import LEF file which has only pin placements. My pin size is 0.3x0.3. Pin spacing between boundaries is 0.2. All pins are on Metal3.

My macros LEF file: (sample,  pins at the top boundary)
