delta slew/transition used for library setup time in SI

When there is an SI event on the net that feeds a flip flop, the slew of the input signal is changed by the crosstalk event.  How can I report the slew prior to the crosstalk, and the new slew value after the crosstalk has been accounted for?  How can I verify that the SI-changed slew is being used to calculate the library setup time?
