How characterize latches or flip-flops (create tlf file) using SignalStorm.

Hello. I want to characterize my library, but I have been confronted with difficulties:
I can't create tlf file for latches and flip-flops. I'm using Signal Storm v5.2.
The first warning is occurred when I use command db_output: input circuit is too complicated
-> no function to output.
Then I create lib file from alf and it set up successfully.
But when I create tlf from lib, latches and flip-flops have warnings like path delay ignored.
Who did create tlf file for latches or flip-flops with Signal Storm, help me please.              Best Regards.

    I have decided the problem myself. The reason is  consist in the electrical circuit of flip-flop. When I characterize the flip-flop designed on tri-state inverters, Signal Storm detects the function, but when I characterize the flip-flop, designed on O2NA3 elements Signal Storm isn't equal to a task, and I enter behavioral function in alf file manually. Then flip-flop was characterized well.
