Creating a netlist in Orcad 16.0

When I run the create netlist in 16.0 he wants to save the design. So I click OK to save the design but then Orcad doesn't start creating the netlist.

I tried different schematics with only a few components and with many components but its still the same.

 I know from 16.5 that an extra folder is created called allegro, and that the netlist files are added in here but not with the 16.0 version.
