Hi All

Can Any one guide me how should i change the def units while saving the def.

My issue is in gds some of the pins are having the location like 8.715 but after saving the def, in the def file for the same pin the location is 8.71. how can i see the exact location as in the gds in def. in def  file i observed like DEF UNITS 100 MICRONS i think we have to increase this def units to 1000 to get the exact pin locations as in the gds. But how can i change the def Units to 1000. or is there any other approch for this please help regording this issue.

The def will take its units from the tech lef. Make sure the tech lef has the units you want to use, then def out.
