different library set for different hierarchies in single power domain

In my design, let's say I have one power domain namely PD1. Below hierarchies are there in this domain.

design/A, design/B, design/C.

I want to use one library set L1 for hierarchy A and another library set L2  for hierarchy B & C. 

How it can be done in EDI?
