TWF format

Does anyone have a reference for the format of the Timing Window File (twf)? I'm trying to debug a tricky timing problem which I think may be related to ETS propagation of timing window information; if I could understand the TWF format I think I could make some forward progress. For example:

  (CAUSED_BY "clk" RISE
  (NET "foo/bar" 0.0085:0.03322 0.0052:0.0455 * * 0.3923:0.4179 0.0055:0.0465 * * C)
 )
 (CAUSED_BY "clk" FALL
  (NET "foo/bar" * 0.0052:0.0455 * * 0.3923:0.4179 0.0055:0.0465 * * D)
 )
 (CAUSED_BY "clk" RISE
  (NET "foo/bar" 0.0085:0.03322 0.0052:0.0455 * 0.37476 * 0.0055:0.0465 * * D)
 )

I'd like understand what the various fields for each net corresponds to (and what 'C' vs. 'D' means for the last field)
