Encounter 8.1 Configuration File

I try to load a configuration file by restarting the encounter session. However, it always load configuration file load at some early stage rather than the new one. For example, I want to load a xyz.sdc file and it is properly mentioned in import design menu but due to some shadow storage of some previous instantiation, encounter tries to load abc.sdc.

Any comments if I need to erase some shoadow instances and where such storage is being made.
