Opening OpenAccess designs in Virtuoso

I recently created a design using Encounter. I saved the design as OA and tried to view the layout with Virtuoso Layout L. I can see the standard cells and some of the metal layers. However, a few of the metal layers are not showing up. I also cannot see the vias. Everything is visible in Encounter though. Any thoughts? Thanks.
