Antenna model generation for custom block

Have anybody used a cadence tool or utlity to generate antenna model information ( for gate area / diffusion ) for an analog/custom IP block .

I have around 300 pins and i cannot generate this info manually. We are willing to look into any tool that can generate an accurate model.
