Analysis condition in SOCen v9.1

Hi, recently I started to use soc encounter v9.1 instead of v8.1. I am looking for he option like timing--->analysis condition in version9.1 but i con not find it can anyone tell me where I can find it?

It's under the Options menu:
Options - Set Mode - Specify Operating Condition/PVT
