    This has moved here:

Clock -> Debug Clock Tree -> Select Clock(s) under Clock Initialization -> Global Clock Debug -> Tool -> List FFs not in Clock Tree

I found this in a solution on http://support.cadence.com with a search for "unconnected flops clock":

    http://support.cadence.com/wps/mypoc/cos?uri=deeplinkmin:ViewSolution;solutionNumber=11720306;searchHash=12b9f392540f7c9145db28c365db3bff

    Hope this helps!
