Encounter 13.10.000 license

Hello,

Do we need separate license for EDI 13.10.000 or different version of license manager?

I'm getting the following error, however EDI 12 forks fine

> /auto/tools/cadence/EDI/13.10.000/bin/encounter
Checking out Encounter license ...
Fail to find any Encounter license...
Check your Encounter license status.
