Encounter 11, Saving design using OA

Hi,

I just switched to Encounter 11 (from Encounter 8) and am having an issue saving my design using openacess. I'm able to save my design and view it in Virtuoso, but the via dimensions are not correct. The width and length of the vias are twice as large as they are in Encounter. Does anyone know what might cause this to happen and how I can fix it? Thanks
