PSUB2 in TSMC = ? in Global Foundries

 Hi

    I am stuck up in the doing layout as my design requires two different bulks for gnd (assume to be agnd and dgnd), as i am prohibited in using the T3 layer here in the GF i need some other method to complete my layout so as to avoid short of bulks.
