Voltage Scaling in ETS ??

Hello,

 

I am trying to get voltage scaling work in ETS by defining all the libraries in the library set.

However it doesnt seem to be work. Has someone done this before and has some suggestions/advice.

The end goal is to get the IR drop file read in to ETS and check the timing results. I have checked teh ir drop file is being read correctly and when i do report_delay_calculation on a cell i can see the voltage is correct however the delay value it has calcaulted doesnt seem to be interpolated.

     Using the Non-linear Interpolated Delay Calculation Flow In ETS Analysis

    This document describes how to create an MMMC configuration that supports interpolated delay calculation for both voltage and temperature variation or scaling. The discussion will cover handling of both single and multiple voltage domains.

    Sorry to get your hopes up. The app note only applies to interpolating new  corners without totally re-characterizing the library.
