You could try "suppressMessage", but the real question is, Why would you ever want to do this?!
If you have gone through the trouble of generating a series of interactive eco commands, wouldn't you want to guarantee  they work as expected?

If you just want to speed up your eco script execution / debugging use the -batchMode

    setEcoMode -reset
    setEcoMode -batchMode true

    ecoCommand
    ecoCommand
    ecoCommand
    ecoCommand

    setEcoMode -batchMode false
