MACRO TO MACRO CHANNEL

Hello Folks

I'am floorplanning a design where in I have these two macros communicating to each other and both are also talking to the std cell logic in the core,

I want to know how much of channel spacing should I leave between them.

Now here is the problem, both macros have 300 pins each, but only 16 pins from each macro is communicating with the other macro and the rest 284 pins of each macro is talking to the core logic.

How do I use this channel calculation formula here,  (total no. of pins * highest layer pitch) / (no. of vertical routing resources) , the macros are at MY90 orientation?

Thanks in Advance!

J.K.
