Specifying a new vertical cell pitch in EDI

Hello,

Is there a way to change the (vertical, in this case) cell pitch being used in Encounter?  I need to increase the width of the pwr/gnd rails and was hoping to just increase the pitch of the standard cells.  I've searched the site and only found variations of the generateTracks command (which does not change the cell pitch, but the metal tracks).

How about 'createRow -spacing y', perhaps preceded by 'deleteRow -all'?

Thank You!  Your tip on the createRow command did lead me to a final solution.
