supporting tech files (ext132) by encounter (edi101)

Hello, 

I modelled my tech files (includes variability modelling) using ext132 to support the syntax. Down the pipe when I try to use encounter to route my design and perform timing extraction, I run into SEGV internal error. 

Question : Can I use EDI101 with EXT132 tech files? or Do I need to migrate to newer EDI version

                if Yes, which edi version do you recommend.

Debug methods I tried out:

1)I have encountered this issue once earlier when I did not specify metal widths aligned to the grid value, but my ICT files dont have this problem now and viewICT seems to work fine 

2) This extraction after placement and route works fine with another tech file.

Please help me move forward. Thanks.
