Licence error with Cadence edi111 :: with init_Design

i just migrated to edi10.1+versions

And I seem to be having some license issues to use init_design. The following is my error message, could some one help me out please?

**ERROR: (ENCLIC-90): This command does not have the necessary license to run, you must get access to one of the following licenses (and their prerequisite licenses) before you can run the command: enci20 enct20 encs20 (prerequisite: encan).
