[Encounter] Error (ENCSYT - 16013) load LEF file failed

Hi ,

   I am new to Cadence SoC Encounter. While importing the design I am getting the following error:

   ERROR: (ENCSYT-16013) load LEF file sc12_tech.lef sc12_cmos28lpp_base_rvt.lef failed

   As you can see I am first trying to load the technology file and then the library file, so that should not be an issue.

   Can somebody help me in resolving this issue?

    Hi Nitish, I think you're using loadLefFile. You should use the Design Import form under the File menu instead. If you are new to encounter I recommend going through the Rapid Adoption Kit (RAK) titled "Introduction to EDI System 13.2 & Block Implementation Flow" on Cadence Online Support. Here's the link:
