encounter report_analysis_coverage with untested pulsewidth

Hello,

I am using encounter  13.26 for place and route. But when I do report_analysis_coverage check, there are many  untested pulsewidth check violations.   When I further check the verbose, it shows me that the untested point happens on the reset pin of flip-flops. like 

pin                          reference pin          check type        slack           reason

data_reg[0]/CD V       |    data_reg[0]  ^   |    pulsewidth  | untested | no endpoint clock

But the flip-flop does connect to a clock at the clock pin. How to understand the reason, and how to solve this ??
