Connectivity Violation

Hi,

My design has 5 inputs/outputs and some timing critical nets. When I check connectivity violation after place and route the design by using 45nm technology file (lef file), I got the following error:

Database Units: 2000
Design Boundary: (0.0000, 0.0000) (1874.8750, 1850.0700)
Error Limit = 1000; Warning Limit = 50
Check all nets
Net a: no routing.
Net b: no routing.
Net s: no routing.
Net c: no routing.
Net t: no routing.

Begin Summary
5 Problem(s) (ENCVFC-98): Net has no global routing and no special routing.
5 total info(s) created.

However, when I used  another technology file, it works fine without any errors. Is this error because of the metal size and thicknesses?

Thank you,

Soha

hard to tell without seeing the design. did you visually check to see if the routing was there in the first case?
