Hi, how to delete multiple selected Insts in encounter in a single shot.

    Hi Dhruba

    You can try the following tcl procedure which ensures that among the other selected objects only instances get deleted:

    proc deleteSelectedInst {} {

    set selectedInstList [dbGet -p selected.objType inst]

    if {$selectedInstList != "0x0"} {

    foreach inst [dbGet $selectInstList.name] {
    deleteInst $inst
    }
    }
