generate power grid library

Actually I saw your 5min-tutorial for libGen and I have only "qrcTechFile" and don't have any other files that you mentioned there like stdcell.list and spice files. I was thinking only qrcTechFile is necessary but now unfortunately I believe that I can't generate power grid library.

The std.cell list is something you create, it's just a list of your std cells. You can generate the power grid library without spice, but it will be a bit less accurate.

So you say that I can generate power grid library with only "qrcTechFile" and ".lef" file?
And also how can I create a list of std cells?

You can, but I would ask the library vendor for the extracted spice for the std cells.

There are probably lots of ways to create the list of std cells. I grep the LEF files for MACRO and then do some file manipulation to get it.
