INNOVUS: turned off during import design

Anklon

When I try to import synthesis files, (based on tsmc180 echnology) , innovus turned off. Error is :

ERROR: Cpp Exception catched in CTI.

What could be the reason for this and probable solution.

Windoes dialogue  in detail:

Extraction setup started

Initializing multi-corner RC extraction with 1 active RC Corners...

Captable file(s) not specified in multi-corner setup. PreRoute extraction will use technology file. For postRoute extraction, default value for effort level would be 'medium' and effort level 'low' would not be allowed.

ERROR: Cpp Exception catched in CTI.

*** Memory Usage V#1 (Current mem = 570.828M, initial mem= 173.195M) ***

*** Message summary: 169 warning(s), 0 error(s)

--- Ending "Innovus" (totcpu=0:00:19.8, real=0:01:46, mem=570.8M) ---

    Yes.
I have included wrong file in *.view file. I mistakenly include *.tf file instead of *.tch or *.captable . .
