Hold Timing Violations

Hi,

I'm currently doing pnr for a RF modulator block using 40nm process. During my post_route stage, both my setup and hold timing violations are clean. Thus, I proceed to sign off stage. During this sign off stage, I check again the timing and now I have hold timing violations. I found out that during both stage, both are using the different extraction tools. Post_route is using the tQuantus, while sign off is using Quantus QRC.

How I solve this violations? I'm quite new to pnr and the tools, and have zero experience in both. I really have no idea how to solve this.

look into the use of scale factors pre/post route... or run signoff QRC earlier in the flow.
