Macro Placement in INNOVUS

I have made a memory bank which includes macro memory. I want to place macros in innovus. How to do it. Please help

    Thanks.. but now I'm facing another problem..

    I want to place physical design of memory macros in another main design..

    How to do that??

    I want to  learn the basics of pnr since I am doing pure analog layout.
