No Simulation(vectors) generated in Stimulus generation summary during "db_prepare -f" stage

I'm using MMSIM121/111 and ETS131 and I am trying to characterize a cell where simulation vectors are not generated. It identifies all instances from subckt files using the model files:

db_prepare -f <<stage>>

Following is my elccfg file contents. I'm not pasting cmd.file because i type each commands manually.

elccfg <<file>>

Furthermore, the model_spice file.

model_spice <<file>>

I tried with sample setup.default, no luck then I updated it with my PDK and PIN information but still no luck. I have tried all the solutions in Cadence community and I am not able to fix it. Does anyone have suggestions for me?
