INNOVUS 17.15 optDesign -postCTS -hold "9785 net(s): Could not be fixed because of no legal loc."

Hi all,

after run optDesign -postCTS -hold I found a lot of buffering nets failure with reasons: "nets Could not be fixed because of no legal loc."

Do you have an idea on how identify that nets and to know why are in no legal location?
