How to close design in Innovus or remove design from Innovus (remains on disk)?

One way is to exit the tool. I tried a few things but couldn't find such basic command.

    Hi,

    for debugging you can use the reset_design command (In legacy: freeDesign) -  Innovus Text Command Reference - reset_design
    However, it does not reset the internal state of applications or global settings, so it is not reliable enough to use in a real flow.

    The recommended method is to exit the tool and start a new session.
