Innovus Foundation Flow : DRC violation short with cellblockage

Hi,

I am trying to place and rout a simple test design using Innovus foundation flow.
But at the end of the flow, I get a short between nets and cell blockage.
I tried to increase the designed area to a huge value (1mm x 1mm) but the short remains.
The design density is at 43%.

You can see en example of short in this picture. The short is on M1.

Thank you in advance for your time.

It looks like net n_5 is trying to connect to A2 pin of the cell. You might want to turn on more blockage and see if the cell has some restrictions to prevent the n_5 connection.  n_38 doesn't look like it is restricting any thing, and passes M4 over the shorts.  I believe you have M3 coming from the left and connecting to M2 down to the short M1.  Tool can't get a via over the A2 so it extends the A2 M1 down … creating the short.  Is this what you understand too?
