Symbol loading error

Hello everyone. I tried to add a symbol of a battery holder. I had downloaded the footprint and STEP model. I've noticed that pins in that footprint were defined as mechanical, so I had to replace them by electrical ones. I created a symbol in my library, added 3 pins and when I try to synchronize schematics with layout, I receive such an error.

Cannot find primitive part for primitive instance: @MAIN_MODULE.MAIN_MODULE(SCH_1):INS600246@BATTERY_HOLDERS.WA-BCMC_79523141.NORMAL(CHIPS).

The footprint and the schematic symbol seem to be ok, but I can't upload my project because of the error given above. How can I solve it?

Both footprint and padstacks are located in respective directories.
