Hi all,

I got this error message (IMPOPT-7118) during hold fixing in optDesign -postCTS -setup -hold, then INNOVUS crash by internal ABORT signal.

Can you help to solve this issue.

Thanks

Huy

    Hi,
I found only one entry in the internal database that is related to such a crash.
The issue there is related to a specific OS version - Red Hat 6.5. It was fixed in the Innovus 16.21, 17.10 and later streams.

If you are using an older Innovus version on RedHat 6.5, you can try to move to another OS or a newer Innovus release.

If the issue persists, please file a service request.

    Thanks Dimo,

Seems it's not system related issue because this command works fine on other block. I'm using INNOVUS 20.12. Do you know the root cause behind this issue?

    Hi,
it won't be possible to root cause the crash via the forum. You will have to file a service request, so that someone can look into it in detail.
