To deal with the cell pin overlap with the PG mesh.

Dear all,

I am encountering a problem which is that after I am done with the global placement, there are pins of some cells overlapping with the PG mesh. This situation is invalid, and I am wondering if is there any method that I can deal with this problem (or improve this kind of problem).

Thank you very much!

Best regards,

Pacific-Feng
