Having trouble with Allegro PCB Editor - Need help urgently!

I'm having a pretty tough time with Allegro PCB Editor, and I really need help from the community. I'm designing a complex board with multiple layers, and I'm having trouble routing the high-speed lines.

I'm having trouble controlling the impedance of the lines, and I'm not sure how to ensure signal integrity. Routing the high-speed lines is taking too long, and I need to find a way to speed up the process. I've tried a few different methods, but none of them worked. I've read the documentation and searched the internet, but I still can't find a solution.

I'm using Allegro PCB Editor version 17.4.

I'd love to get some help. If anyone has any experience with routing high-speed lines, please share.

Thanks a lot!

Here is some additional information that I think might be helpful:

The highest signal frequency is 10 GHz.
The board has 12 layers.
I am using FR4 material.
