Unknown error message

Hi everyone.  I am getting this weird error message I cannot figure out.   My cell view simulates perfectly when I run the analog environment simulation, however when I create a new cell view and add the old cell view in as a symbol (with VDD and VSS of course) I get the following error:

 "input.scs" 20:    +595 is an instance of an undefined model tsmc35PN. 

 

I don't understand this error for two resons.  First, I have defined all the correct model libraries, because it works fine when I simulate the cellview on its own, so I am not missing any libraries.  Second, I dont understand what tsmc35PN means.  I have defined tsmc35P and tsmc35N.  I checked my cadence directory and cannot find any library of the sort.  Does anyone have any idea what this error is trying to tell me?  Thank you for all your help!
