eVC AXI cms test

spark

When I run the demo.sh with -cms, the running process is successful but the coverage results are all 0%, it seems no test sequence is generated. But from .ecov file and wavefrom a lot of  sequencs are occured. I dont know why the vplan of cms does not work.

    Sorry for the late respond.

I am not awar of any issue with the demo.sh –cms. You suppose to see around 80-90% coverage.

Which version are you using of AXI? Specman? VManager?

Try to close the vPlan window. Refresh the vManager window and read the vPlan again.

Thank for your reply, I reload and refresh the vPlan but no effect.

When runing the eManager report this warning,

*** Warning: VM_MSG_VPLAN_MISSING_CVR_ITEMS: some coverage items that are defined in the verification environment are missing from vplan 'vr_axi_version_1_4/cms/vplan/AxiVplan.xml'.
in order to view those items, switch to the [unmapped_coverage] perspective.

The tools's version is as below.

    axi_evc v1.4

    specman (08.10.001-p)

    incisive enterprise mananger (08.10.001-p)

    The warning is ok.

Do you see that all 179 tests were running and pass?

The refresh needs to be done in the session’s table window of the Incisive Enterprise Manager.

Than reload in the vPlan window.

I used the same tools and got 99% coverage.

In Incisive Enterprise Manager window only "W"and "Total" column is 179 [100%] others are 0, but I load vPlan from Analysis->Verification Plan Tree, vPlan shos all 0% status. It is strange that in vPlan it shows, it seems no tests are loaded by vPlan.

    vPlan: Not Loaded

    Refinement Mode: local

    Perspective: [verification_metrics]

It means that your tests are loaded but not running. To see the real coverage all tests need to pass.

Look at the EManager Console it will help you to indicate what is your issue.
