instance based functional coverage on systemverilog classes (OVM) in vManager

 Hi all,

I am just checking vmanager functionality and found out, that, when instantiating a class twice in OVM, I don't get separate coverage reports for these 2 instances. Unfortunately neither docu nor help etc. tell me, whether this is/will be supported.

For me, this is currently a NoGo-criteria, as I have several verification-IPs of one class instantiated on different data-channels.

This might also be a  problem of verification-recording as I see the same in ICCR. Any information about workarounds or fixes ?

regards, Frank

This is a current limitation with having your coverage within a class. This is a high priority item to be fixed.
