Help me finger out what is T POINT R?

This is circuit of a MCU of EPSON, and in that schematic, there is a part name "T-Hole". I think it's a T_POINT R in DISCRETE library.
Can Anybody help me finger out some info about this part (what is footprint, some picture, datasheet etc...) in order for me to make this circuit by my own.

I dont know how to attatch file, so i paste link to download this file here. The file that i mention is SVT17801_CPUboard_sch.

Thanks in advance.

The link provided is in a protected area and needs a login.

From the description, I suspect that this will be a testpoint and, as such, won't be critical to the operation of the circuit. If you need a testpoint, add a suitable component and assign it an appropriate footprint in the schematic. The physical characteristics of the testpoints will be influenced by the type of test probe being used, the resulting testpoint might be a regular through via or specific, typically larger, pad for the test probe to connect with.
