Elaboration error in irun. IUS

Hi all,

I got a design from someone which has lot of elaboration errors. Tool is stopping at the first occurence of elaboration error. I would like to see all elaboration errors at one time(I mean tool has to continue even after an elaboration error). This would be helpful for me.. so that i can fix all elaboration errors one time instead of fixing one error and rerunning the simulation to find another elaboration error.  I am using irun from IUS08.20.009. Is there any way to get elaboration errors in one run?

Thank you,

Try using -partialdesign. this will allow elab to complete even if some instances are not defined. However be aware that some errors cannot be found until others are fixed. For example lets say that an instance is not bound. That problem will lead to an elab error. If there are other errors under the hierarchy of the bound instance, they cannot be found until the bound instance is provided. Best regards, Mickey
