Temporal expression

Hi, Just wanted to know the meaning of following temporal expression: {@start_ev; [4]; ~[..7 - 1] * {cycle; [7]}}@ clk My understanding is -- waiting for start_ev -- waiting for 4 clk cycle; -- true match variable repeat operator -- it will match 0 to 6 times cycle;[7] -- ??? Thanks!
