Data collection for expect and Checks

Hi When I am collecting a coverage for expect and "check that" statement by using option "collect data for checks and expects", few of my checks are failing while when it was disabled the same test passed for same seed. I could not figured out what was the issue here? Is that enabling this data collection have effect on this? Thanks!
